I am sorry to hear that you are obviously not happy.
What do you mean with "work processes in the own world"?
If I look back on the last weeks I experienced a company which took responsibility for the well-being of its employee in this crisis from the first moment on. At least in our department managers act and we were - thanks to an excellent job by our IT department - ready to work remotely all the time without any technical issues.
What I appreciate is that we all were informed regularly via our.Straumann channels. If this is "our own world", it's one from which many companies can learn from.
When it comes to the relationship and collab to and with your colleagues, I see it also as part of our role as employees. Following our core behaviors communicating and engaging are important components of our culture.
I can only speak about me, but I am in close contact with my peers in Brazil, the US, Europe, and Asia - and we are not only speaking about business. In the end, it's what you make out of it.
I don't want to say you are doing something wrong and in a company of our size there are not only role models when it comes to communication and collaboration.
If you want to speak your situation do not hesitate to contact me, I cannot guarantee that I can solve the issue but at least I can try.
