Work on a clear vision, put the people in the middle of the work instead of the ego. Listen to the feedbacks of your colleagues to avoid burnouts. Take actions.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
great with the talented operative team but complicated with the management. No direction so all the delay were marathons and we got no celebrations when at least everything was made on time.
Kommunikation
No clear vision. Information changing everyday so the operative management is lost. As it is very political, you need to put everybody in cc to get a feedback but nobody takes the decisions... so at the end you take it as the delay is already too short.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Great talent within the teams but too much burnouts. In 2 years, I saw 5 burnouts... they hire great talent, but they broke them.

No possibility to do some home office before Corona.

Very bad. No management, only fight for ego and politics. Game of musical chairs at management level, they turn and the staff suffers from the unlogical guidelines.
Gleichberechtigung
If you are a woman, you have to fight much more. In a meeting, if you are the only woman, at equal level, you will write the summery. This show you directly the mindset.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Even in the new building, we had almost no access to light and it was freezing in the winter. We couldn't turn on the radiators because they were testing the system during months... so I had colleges working with blankets... When it was raining, some colleagues were working during months with bucket of water next to them...
During the summer, no possibility to open any window.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No information about how you could be sustainable. As the delay were always to short, we had to throw a lot of money through the window which is a pity as we could have use it in a better way.
