Sometimes there is too much pressure and too many ad hoc things needed. Company has trouble prioritizing with all the progress happening in the energy sector

Great direct management and in line. Sometimes I wish the board would be more consistent with their decision and live the strategy more directly.

One of the companies which have an impact on all inhabitants of Switzerland, couldn't be better and this is one big reason to work here.

I have not seen a case in Swissgrid that would endanger equality. There are relatively many woman in management(compared to other power engineering companies)
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is sadly too small, often you are having trouble finding a desk. Homeoffice and Coworking spaces are helping but it is not yet in the culture to fully embrace those. Sometimes meetings are required to be in Aarau.
Gehalt/Benefits
Not Google but still pretty good. Pensionskasse is great!
