Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

international

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

lack of money, lack of leadership, lack of trust, lack of future

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Find an investor to invest in setting up something worth being called a global company.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The headoffice is a very sad place. Few jobs make a lot of sense and people are being fired on a regular basis. Of course in small doses, so no compensation needs to be paid. Remaining employees play politics, pretend to be busy, even though there is no money to do anything really and work is extremely manual and boring. With the owner company now being taken over by the Chinese state, things are hardly set to improve and a new buyer won't be found in the face of Corona. Working here pays the bills, but is a daily struggle to come in and hardly makes for a happy, motivated work life.

Kommunikation

Communication focusses on positive storytelling to attract buyers and detract from the very poor financial situation, lack of management direction and extreme neglect for years in the space of processes and technology and people. PR is not enough to paint over the c...

Kollegenzusammenhalt

because of a lack of meaningful roles, fear of job loss and blame gaming, it's not good. No trust environment. Some exceptions, but overall the social atmosphere is now very low and adds to the depressed feeling when entering the office

Work-Life-Balance

Should be really good, there is no fulltime job really... Everything is on hold, so go home on time and stop pretending to be busy...

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Interims in senior positions everywhere. No interest to engage with people. Unsurprising given the desperate situation of the company

Interessante Aufgaben

no, no money left to do anything. Heavy admin which is done by people in so-called senior roles. Waste of money and talent due to neglect for years

Gleichberechtigung

see senior mgmt - 0% women, all male and pale...

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

depends, some long term employees

Arbeitsbedingungen

noise pollution at workplace, poor infrastructure

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

PR - yes. Truth is, no money for that....

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

ok for the low amount of actual work

Image

large global player. As an employer, not a good image

Karriere/Weiterbildung

??? company is in decline, unsurprisingly it's bad. Some favourites still get training/expensive courses. Career opportunities sometimes because of desperate situation as many people leave - but those are poisoned challices...
