The location and the working environment are definitely very positive aspects: the place is beautiful and the view of the lake is truly breathtaking.
As far as the work itself is concerned, however, there are some difficulties, especially when it comes to collaboration and staffing. This season, we are often short-staffed, which creates a lot of stress among the colleagues. As a result, we frequently find ourselves carrying out tasks that go beyond our actual roles.
Personally, working as a bartender, I often have to serve tables, work as a runner, take orders, and perform various other duties. Trying to manage all these activities at the same time makes it difficult to maintain the level of service I would like to provide. Sometimes, for example, a drink can take ten or fifteen minutes to reach the customer, and naturally this is not a pleasant situation, either for the customer or for us.
Another problematic aspect is the working environment. We work in an open space, and on the hottest days the temperature becomes really difficult to handle. At the bar, for example, we do not even have a fan. The situation has become particularly difficult: one of our fellow bartenders actual
