Very good company
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
atmosphere. team spirit. high dynamics and growth rate. management and the interesting products.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Like any other company with medical products on the market, implementing new ideas take as long time.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People work together in team. They see themselves as a team and not individuals. Management encourages this culture.
Work-Life-Balance
I find it good. I feel that my work is appreciated and I am ready to give more.
Gehalt/Benefits
Conditions are very good. Cannot say if everyone gets the highest possible salary but seeing the benefits as a package, I evaluate it as very good.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As mentioned above, management encourages a team culture and the implementation is very good.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
With respect. Opinion of the employee is considered and respected.
Kommunikation
Never had the feeling I was isolated and was not getting the relevant information.
Gleichberechtigung
Did not experience any inequality.
Interessante Aufgaben
Like many other companies there are also tasks which have to be done any may be not very interesting but if the employee shows interest there are opportunities to get involved in interesting projects.
