Value employees more, expand resources where to not have constant high pressure on current employees, or reduce amount of projects in new product development.

It is obvious that there is a lot to do and little resources for it. Employees are under a lot of stress.

The products are good, but maybe too much recently which can be dangerous for the high-quality image.

There are some very good superiors, on the other hand, some superiors seem to lack a bit in leadership, empathy and valuation of employees.
