Invest more in diversity programs and cultural change. The company is so old fashioned if they have an hopes of keeping up in this day and age they need to change way that it works internally.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Obviously differs from team to team, but there was a culture of backstabbing and covering one's own behind. Very little team mentality and the IT departments are filled with employees from another generation that promote upkeeping of legacy processes just so they can continue having a stable job there.
Kommunikation
Sure middle and upper management send out weekly and monthly emails with updates on what's happening within the company, but there was never really full transparency or clear messages on what the overall long term strategy of the company is.

I was never forced to do any overtime and could do home office as I pleased.

They acknowledge the problems if brought to attention but often times their hands are bound anyway so what is the point.
Interessante Aufgaben
Actual tasks were interesting to some extent, however if the planning is done poorly all work done by the employees can end up as wasted effort.
