Very good support to learn new things, plenty of training days to educate yourself, internal role changes are possible (also called internal mobility), good benefits for insurances, cars, and one or the best pension fund in the country.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Hierarchy and decision making without including the people who will execute the decisions (they might know certain things better, so ask them, include them, not all, but at least some).
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Less hierarchy, less politics of who likes who, more focus on results and spending project budgets on projects that will contribute to the firms overall success. More inclusion in the firms success in a financial form. Provide a better food subsidiary program and some subsidize sports. Maybe add a company child care, that would make the company extremely attractive.

Depends heavily on the team you work in or with.

Depends highly on the area you work in or with, but usually information travels easily if you ask around a bit.

I can only answer for myself and my close colleagues and I we always held together.

Sometimes it was hard, so you as an employee need to set these rules, depending on the LM, you might end up working more than living.

There is generally great feedback culture, so you have the chance to give feedback too, but again, this also depends on the employee.
Interessante Aufgaben
Given that the environment is highly regulated and topic decisions are made by those who won't work on the topics, it is hard sometimes to get interesting work on your desk.

Does not work always based on your performance, sometimes a gender or a region is supported stronger than others.

It is hard to switch roles, it takes a lot of effort, more than it should. Learning new skills is generall supported.
