We have lovely long-standing colleagues with a lot of experience in programs. It is a pleasure working with them. Some choose to develop more responsibilities, while others enjoy their daily job and have been doing it for over 10 years.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We don’t have the most modern chairs, or building, however our laptops and screens are very good. We also have great ergonomic electric tables where we can stand or sit. Lunch hours are well respected. Generally everyone is very considerate.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I feel my salary is fair for my work and level of responsibility with room to grow. I think there is a good pension contribution and fair program for part time workers.

Unfortunately some employees have had unfortunate experiences in their work and don’t seem satisfied but based on the fact that so many people have stayed for over 5 years, I think there is a great overall employment satisfaction.
