Manche Führungskräfte haben ihre Lieblinge und der Rest bekommt es schmerzhaft zu spüren.
Meiner Erfahrung nach war die Arbeitsatmosphäre nicht besonders offen. Viele Kollegen zogen sich zurück, weshalb es manchmal schwierig war, Kontakte zu knüpfen oder ungezwungene Gespräche zu führen. Zwar waren einige Kollegen hilfsbereit und zugänglich, dennoch empfand ich das gesamte Umfeld als eher verschlossen und nicht besonders gesellig.
Durch manche Führungskräften leider unzumutbar.
