I've been working in the Tech Team for a while now and I'm genuinely very happy here. The atmosphere is open, collaborative, and full of team spirit – everyone is pulling in the same direction. What I appreciate the most is the strong technical mindset across the team and the openness to try out new ideas.

Overall, communication feels thoughtful and transparent. Different teams and founders share regular updates and are open for questions or feedback. There’s definitely a positive tone, but not in a way that hides reality – I always feel like I have a realistic and honest view of what’s going on.
