Company culture is really good even for me working remotely. I feel as part of the team and company even when I didn't get to meet anyone in person yet.
As of now I have nothing bad to say.
None
Overall the working atmosphere is welcoming. When I started at the company everyone made me feel like I've always been there.
Extremly good. Remote is possible. Especially good for working students to handle university and job at the same time. It might depend on the team but my working time is really flexible as well and I'm typically free to manage my time differently if needed.
Not so many old colleagues but the ones who I've met said they're happy to be here.
Communication is great. I get help when needed. Everything is handled quickly.
I got everything I needed to work remotely.
Flat hierarchy not only between co-workers but also from C-Level. I've never had the management welcome me at a company - personally -; especially not when I was the only starter that month. My line manager is also great in communication. After having really toxic jobs in the past I get to heal in a safe job environment.
Good compensation.
I was part of the Strategy & Growth team and truly appreciated the hands-on experience I gained during my internship. It was great to be part of this specific team, especially under the leadership of the former team lead (now CFO), who not only shaped the team but continues to shape 4screen as a whole. While 4screen is redefining AdTech in the mobility sector, she is actively shaping the company's direction. The tasks I received were diverse and often in depth, giving me valuable insight into strategic processes. The team was absolutely fabulous and incredibly supportive. I never felt hesitant to ask questions or raise ideas. There was always an open ear from everyone, which created a very encouraging and collaborative atmosphere. Team events were a nice bonus, and the other interns during my time were amazing.
One area for improvement would be to strengthen the working motivation and visibility of the People & Culture team. During my time, it felt like their contribution to fostering the company culture was limited. That said, I want to highlight that the organization of the offsite event was very well done and definitely a positive exception.
Remote work
Not being transparent. Even when they laid people off, they did it in the most disrespectful way.
It was ok before layoffs, after the layoffs it went down. The founder always ensured that there will be no layoffs. In my personal opinion, the financial situation of the company is not transparent for employees and they laid my colleagues off in a disrespectful way.
Remote work. Very flexible.
Doesn't not exist. They won`t give any budget for personal training even though I have discussed it multiple times with managers.
Before layoffs it was good, now its not. After the layoffs I am considering to change job.
Not that many old people in the company.
Acceptable.
I don't find it transparent. Have heard some false statements that turned out to be not true, like the investor relation, layoffs, future hirings and so on.
Not that great, not bad either. a bit under industry standard.
The team vibe is great — people are helpful, easy to work with, and genuinely motivated. Communication is pretty open, and the flexibility to work from home really helps. The work itself is interesting, and you’re trusted to take ownership. Also nice to see that everyone’s treated with respect, no matter their role.
Some things are still a bit messy — typical startup topics like changing priorities, unclear processes, or not everything being super organized yet. But honestly, that’s kind of expected. You can tell the company is aware of it and heading in the right direction.
The atmosphere is friendly and quite motivating. It can get hectic at times, especially when priorities shift quickly, but overall, it feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Internally, people are mostly very proud to work here. There’s a lot of belief in the product and vision, and that creates a strong sense of purpose. Externally, the company is still building its reputation, but it’s definitely heading in the right direction and gaining more visibility.
Overall, quite good for a company in growth. Working hours are flexible, and remote work is fully supported. Personally, the office is pretty far from where I live, so being able to work from home most of the time really makes a big difference. There are occasionally busy periods, but in general, you're trusted to manage your time in a way that works for you.
You learn a lot by doing - it’s a very hands-on environment. There aren't a ton of formal training programs yet (even though there are some...), but you’re given responsibility quickly and can grow fast if you take initiative. It’s a great place for people who like to be proactive and learn on the job.
The salary is fair and in line with the market for a startup.
There’s potential to do more in this area, and I think as the company matures, those topics will probably gain even more attention.
The team is solid - smart, helpful, and respectful. The collaboration works well, and when help is needed, people usually jump in without hesitation.
Although the team is generally on the younger side, older colleagues are just as valued and well integrated.
Managers are generally approachable and fair. They give feedback, listen to concerns, and don’t micromanage.
The basics are in place - solid equipment, modern tools, and a decent office. Nothing super fancy, but it totally works and has its charm, I like it.
Information generally flows well, and leadership makes an effort to be transparent. That said, with things moving so fast, not everything gets communicated perfectly all of the time.
The team is quite international and open-minded, and you can feel that inclusivity is part of the culture.
The work is varied and hands-on. You’re expected to take ownership and sometimes also just figure things out, which can be both exciting and a bit overwhelming at times. Not everything is super clearly structured, but there’s a lot of room to grow if you’re proactive.
Flexibility, the team spirit, flat or no hierarchy and the work environment was just perfect.
friendly and inclusive atmosphere
everything is very flexible and can be agreed ahead of time or even last minute depending on the situation
very open communication
different kinds of tasks and new challenges to tackle during the duration of the internship
A lot of ways to be creative while working.
As a startup, it's learning it's communication ways but the development is in a good direction.
Working at 4.screen, I've seen firsthand the company's unique approach to B2B software development, as well as its commitment to providing a collaborative and supportive working environment for all employees.
The encouraging and supporting environment at 4.screen allowed me to grow and
develop in a safe and encouraging environment.
My supervisors' and coworkers' opinions and direction were useful in identifying my skills and weaknesses. This allowed me to concentrate on improving my skills and working on my deficiencies.
I was challenged during the internship to take on new responsibilities and tasks that were outside of my comfort zone, which encouraged me to gain more confidence in my expertise and skills.

Great company vision and technology + huge potential for personal development + awesome team!
The working atmosphere is supportive and learning oriented. People are motivated and driven by a shared vision, which is to shape the future of Marketing & Mobility.
Everybody is willing to go the extra mile for 4.screen - but also a good work-life-balance is valued and doable at 4.screen. Coming from a US-based Tech company, my work-life-balance has actually improved with 4.screen.
Individual's success = 4.screen success.
This is our shared understanding at 4.screen. People support each other and there's a strong focus on setting everybody up for success in their role. For instance, all new joiners will go through a comprehensive Onboarding phase that is customized to their role, including an assigned buddy to help them get started.
Diversity is important in every aspect. Experience is very much valued at 4.screen - but also the contribution of young, fresh minds.
Our 3 founders are leadership personalities and put emphasis on good feedback culture and direct communication. Even in challenging situations, management is supportive and has your back.
Given the constraints of the pandemic, 4.screen is adapting & keeping up transparent communication within the company. All Hands calls are happening on a weekly basis, wherein relevant milestones & updates are shared across teams. Plus, every team has daily standup meetings - but the most important conversations are often informal. The climate is very open and welcoming, so exchanges are facilitated both virtually and personally.
As the company grows, many interesting things are evolving - so there is a lot of potential for personal development and shaping your area of responsibility.
So verdient kununu Geld.
