Review

From outside it looks pretty, but there‘s much work to be done till it’s pretty inside too.

Collegiality

For my department it is mixed. A few colleagues are out there and wanna make it better. Others are completely opposite. It’s quite unfortunate as the team has already high fluctuations over the past few years. Maybe it’s helpful to look inside what’s not working and unlearn those things and try to make it better.

Leadership behavior

There’s much room for improvement. When recently a form of *ism happened team manager didn’t jumped in and stopped it im. Instead a colleague had some courage to step in while others chuckled and shrugged.

Equality

Also room for improvement. Just giving DEIB trainings isn’t enough when *isms and *phobias happening in daily work life. It doesn’t make you an ally when you have a rainbow key chain, but doesn’t step in when damage is done. It’s a male-dominated company and unfortunately a lot of them still need to do their part of learning.
