The human resources department in Stuttgart is a complete disaster. I had several rejections for interviews, and then I was given a binding promise of employment for months, only to be cancelled a few days before I was due to start.

They did not answer the phone or respond for days, and in the end did not even give me any feedback, leaving me completely in the dark.

I cannot pass judgement on the entire company, but the HR department and the recruitment process in Stuttgart are unacceptable.

The HR department there should greatly improve reliability and professionalism. Clear and timely communication is essential, and binding agreements with applicants must be respected.
