Carrer growth is possible with commitment and steady effort. Trainings are mainly handled within colleagues, as the tasks arevery specific for the individual projects, and also cover a wide spectrum of duties.

In the German office not a big topic, but i also dont see major shortcommings. Company car is electric, computers are laptops, and the useage of heating and lighining is paid attention to.
Team in Germany is very good connected and works great as a team. Due to the international structure, there is some room of improvement with the other locations, but it improved a lot after COVID and therefore enabled businesstrips to those locations.
The team is rather young. There are a few colleagues with increased age, but i didnt notice any difference in the interaction.

Big office with lots of room to grow! Equipment mostly up to date with constant little improvments. Requests will be followed mostly after some time.

I never noticed situations, where any group was treated differently. Gender ratio however is typical for engineering based company.
There are multiple interessting tasks, and there is the flexibility with own commitment and motivation to initiate own tasks and therefore responsibility.
