In the battery industry very well known, established and respected player. Outside of the industry unfortunatelly not yet really famous.

Carrer growth is possible with commitment and steady effort. Trainings are mainly handled within colleagues, as the tasks arevery specific for the individual projects, and also cover a wide spectrum of duties.

I never noticed situations, where any group was treated differently. Gender ratio however is typical for engineering based company.

Work-Life-Balance

mein Vertrag ist 40 Stunden pro Woche, ohne Zeitfassung, ohne Kernzeiten, auch ohne Gleitzeitsystem, alle Arbeitszeit braucht jeder nur selber regulieren. Trotzdem bei dringenden Aufgaben, muss man bereit sein, vorläufige mit Überstunden zu arbeiten.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Es findet regelmäßige Einzelgespräche zwischen dem Geschäftsführer und jedem Angestellten statt, über seinen Wunsch für weitere Entwicklung bzw. Training und Schulungen zu fragen.
Für Selbstlernen könnte das IT System mit Informationen für Selbstlernen noch besser sein. (Ich habe mitbekommen, dass es ein gutes Intranet gab, jedoch gehackt, hoffentlich kann es bald wieder in Ordnung sein)

Klimaanlage wäre des öfteren nett, mehr Parkplätze und eine vernünftige IT, .... Aber es wird schon besser, dauert halt.

Durch das schnelle Wachstum und die weltweite Verteilung geht manchmal was verloren. Man kann aber immer Fragen und es gibt praktisch keine Kommunikationsgrenzen durch Hierarchie.
