Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Flexitime, great atmosphere, generally nice approachable people from the top down.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues treated the same, regardless of position
Work-Life-Balance
Hybrid working, with flexi time. This allows me to fit work and family life into a manageable schedule
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have been able to sign up for several training courses in my short time here. ABE really put value in improving what they have.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
A real nice atmosphere is helped by colleagues who are ready to help even, cross department
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As said earlier, all colleagues and management are very approachable.
Kommunikation
Communication via many different channels, very effective!
