tension, fear, distrust. avoid!

Suggestions for improvement

i guess it´s too late for that now and that there´s no real interest in that in the end.

Working atmosphere

went from ok to below zero within weeks. colleagues crying in the bathroom. people are scared to start their workday.

Communication

chaotic. teamleads left / are leaving.

Collegiality

ok, but no way achievement of the company. also most are looking for another job now.

Work-Life Balance

will i be fired today? tomorrow? next week? how am i supposed to get increasing workloads done with colleagues gone?
the greatest benefit of this job - remote work - is being revoked. so people are suddenly expected to travel 100, 200, 300 - 600 km to work. as they won´t it will be even more work and stress for those left.

Leadership behavior

feeling duped by upper management. there were a few things happening in the past, but after years being loyal to that company i´m beyond disappointed now.

your words leave a strong impression – they reflect disappointment and a loss of trust. We are truly sorry that this is how you experienced your time with us.

Especially if you had been part of our team for a longer time, it is painful to hear that tension and uncertainty grew to such an extent. That is not the kind of environment we aim to foster, and we regret not having supported you better during this challenging phase.

As part of our Post Merger Management process, we are currently undergoing a major transformation. This brings with it new structures, changing expectations, and – understandably – a degree of uncertainty. That’s why we are committed to transparent communication and staying in close dialogue.

To clarify: our Mobile Work agreements remain valid. They continue to allow working from anywhere within Germany and, upon approval, even temporarily from abroad. At the same time, we encourage on-site presence three days per week at each employee’s contractual office location. For colleagues living more than 50 km away, we are engaging in individual discussions to find fair and workable solutions.
