Das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Arbeitgeber, bei dem ich in 35 Jahren Arbeitsleben, gearbeitet habe.!!!!!

Man fühlt sich dort überhaupt nicht gut.

Es zählt nur die Arbeit. Stunden, Umsatz, Stunden. Privatleben gleich Null.

Weiterbildungen muß man eigenverantwortlich planen und natürlich auch selbst bezahlen.
Salary/Benefits
Absolut zu wenig. Viele Stunden werden nicht bezahlt. Es gibt nur das Minimum um den Profit des Chefs zu erhöhen.

Nicht dran zu denken. Eine Kollegin agiert im Hintergrund sogar gegen die Kollegen.

Bei dem Einstellungsgepräch hat er alles, was geht, versprochen. Nix hat er war gemacht. Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führsorgeverhalten gegenüber Arbeitnehmern kennt man in dieser Fahrschule nicht. Der Umgangston des Chefs lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.
Working conditions
Wer mit Bauchweh auf die Arbeit geht, hat wohl nicht so gute Arbeitsbedingungen! Jeden Tag ein negatives Highlight. Da kann man regelrecht drauf warten.
Communication
Sehr schlechte Besprechungen. Es kam nie etwas bei raus. Im Nachgang wurde entschlossen und beschlossen. Selbst wird man immer überstimmt. Chef drückt seine Meinung durch!

Gibt es nicht. Die Fahrschüler werden sehr ungerecht verteilt.
