What really stands out here is the pleasant and appreciative working atmosphere, which I have never experienced before. Both colleagues and managers treat each other with respect, kindness and support, so that you simply feel welcome and quickly become part of the team.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
ACGF offers good opportunities for further training, both professionally and personally. However, career paths could be a little more transparent and offer clearer prospects.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team spirit is really something special. There is a strong sense of togetherness and everyone supports each other wherever they can. Outside of work, joint activities are organised, such as team events, charity runs, etc.
Kommunikation
There are more or less regular meetings and updates on important topics. However, in some cases, information could be shared a little more quickly and comprehensively.
