Wer Verantwortung übernehmen möchte, bekommt vom ersten Tag an die Chance dazu. Eigeninitiative und Ownership werden erwartet, gleichzeitig wird dafür viel Vertrauen entgegengebracht. Vertrauen ist hier der Ausgangspunkt und muss nicht erst mühsam aufgebaut werden.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Arbeit auf Augenhöhe im gesamten Team, einschließlich Management und C-Level. Feedback und Anerkennung werden regelmäßig und zeitnah gegeben. Konflikte werden direkt, ehrlich und empathisch angesprochen und in der Regel schnell gelöst.
Sehr positiv ist zudem die vollständige Transparenz bei Gehältern und Beförderungsprozessen. Diese Klarheit schafft Fairness und Vertrauen und ist keineswegs selbstverständlich.
Well-being und Leistung stehen im Einklang. Leistung wird erwartet, jedoch nicht auf Kosten der Gesundheit. Auch in herausfordernden Zeiten hatte ich stets das Gefühl, dass das Unternehmen hinter seinem Team steht. Die Jobsicherheit empfinde ich als hoch.
Durch die geringe Größe gibt es wenig unnötige Strukturen und kurze Entscheidungswege. Der direkte Austausch mit dem C-Level ist jederzeit möglich. Neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen werden gezielt befähigt und erhalten früh Verantwortung.
Wer offen, lösungsorientiert und initiativ arbeitet, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Menschen, die Probleme erkennen und eigenständig umsetzen möchten, finden hier ein Umfeld, das genau das ermöglicht.
Kommunikation ist ein Thema, das sich bereits stark entwickelt hat und weiterhin kontinuierliche Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Es sind viele ehrliche Bemühungen erkennbar, dennoch gibt es immer Potenzial, Erwartungen und Verantwortlichkeiten noch klarer und proaktiver im gesamten Team zu verankern.
Ich sehe zudem die Chance, noch mehr Verantwortung bewusst in die Breite des Teams zu geben. In der Vergangenheit wurde teilweise stark auf Orientierung durch das Management gewartet, obwohl im Team sehr viel Kompetenz und Entscheidungsstärke vorhanden ist. Hier könnte noch stärker Vertrauen in die Eigenständigkeit aller gefördert werden.
Darüber hinaus würde ich mir ein weiteres Wachstum der Organisation wünschen, um mehr Möglichkeiten für Leadership und Mentorship zu schaffen. Das vorhandene Know-how und der besondere Teamgeist bieten eine sehr gute Grundlage, um künftig noch mehr interne Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu schaffen.

The office is very pleasant. People usually work quietly and concentrated in the office, while the kitchen and leisure rooms are used for conversations.
Has a good image with large customers as a versatile and fast IT service provider. One also tries to make a name for oneself with other large customers and to become better known among applicants.
Overtime is apparently very rare. I had not had any (yet)
There are regular show&tell sessions, workshops, hackathons and individual training budgets.
Good salary for the company of such size and given the interesting tasks/atmosphere

Managers are always solution-oriented instead of belittling someone or snatching recognition
A lot of emphasis is placed on communication (monthly meetings, much transparency in the documents/wikis). One wants to break up the departmental silos. In Corona times you spend a lot of time in the home office and there communication is even more important and you try to achieve better communication with video telephony, screen sharing, etc. Only rarely do colleagues answer urgent requests a little later while they are in the home office.
Above average proportion of women (for IT company). Also some middle-aged and experienced colleagues present.
Different projects in different technologies. The colleagues are versatile in their competence and interested in learning new things. They also get the chance to do so.

The upper management should function only as an investor or developer, lean back and let someone with experience or at least some academic degree or understanding of business take the lead...
Beautiful office, great location and entertainment.
The customers know what is going on... but project delivery always seemed to work.
The office and the people made the workplace more appealing than my home :D.
For me it was a step back in the career, especially with the low salary.

Leader are born or trained. He is far away from all of those scenarios.
He seems super nice until he eats away your food, randomly cancels your meetings, does not pay your salary or just less than agreed on, promises something and won't stick to it, is not letting anyone just do their work (micro management),...
Just a few months in and 3 colleagues cried in meeting rooms multiple times out of desperation and frustration because of this guy.
Worst part about it is that he does not care about what he is doing with people and he is not changing a bit - although he knows what he is doing because he openly talks about it and admits he is doing something wrong (obviously).
Everything is fine in the development department, but Consulting, Administration,... is just a mess.

There was always something interesting to do, though the company sticks to one big BMW project. If that one goes away / will be done. Things will start to look different...
Modern office with best working equipment (can work standing, or in private room and meeting rooms has a lounge to relax, work or watch TV). Friendly atmosphere, work-flexibility, home office. Great full -equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave and big fridge. It is like google in a smaller scale but with the same potential. You are happy to go to work every day.
No parking place for employees (only 3 spaces inside building for company cars) The building cafeteria does not have a lot of food choices although it is really modern and cozy its more just for coffee and snacks.
Keep improving and growing as you have done it so far. I like the possibility that you give for employees to suggest improvements, activities and trainings.

Es sollte bleiben wie es ist - nur größer werden - und dazu gäbe es jeden Grund.

Die seltenen Überstunden werden immer ausgeglichen, das Wochenende ist als Arbeitszeit tabu - so soll es sein.
Nachhaltige Themen werden berücksichtigt, hier gibt es aber Verbesserungspotential.

Das Gehalt ist absolut in Ordnung, eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge wurde eingerichtet.
Keinerlei Diskriminierung, ein absolut offenes Verhältnis aller Kollegen auf Augenhöhe.
Professioneller Anspruch und angenehm entspanntes Arbeiten, das lediglich manchmal unter knappen Fristen leidet.
