I've been working here over last 8 months and all i got to say is this , simply awsome. Positive atmosphere is something which i like about this place . Never felt like a company , when i am inside , it just feels like home. Everyone is too friendly and helpful.

Too too awsome. Team leader is the backbone of our team and he motivates us to do our work perfectly. Each and everyone in the team respects each other and helps each other to finish tasks in time.

Good .... Also our Hr is very friendly and very professional. She always motivates us alot and provides accurate feedback about us throughout the time ,so that we can learn from our mistakes and work better. Also if we got any doubts or anything , she's always available for us there.

The work atmosphere is generally good. Most days people work well together and try to find solutions when problems come up. It can get stressful during busy periods, but that's normal in logistics.

The team spirit is pretty good, especially in the warehouse where everyone has to work together. When it gets busy, people usually help each other out without being asked, which I really appreciate.

Communication works okay within individual teams. Between different locations and shifts though, it could definitely be better - sometimes important information doesn't reach everyone who needs it, which can be frustrating.
