The colleagues are great and we work together on most topics, we have project groups that involve many departments. There is no competition between colleagues at all. The Hierarchies are low and everyone is approachable and helpful. New colleagues are really welcome in the teams.

ADAM has an unwritten "address anything policy", you can approach anyone with anything and usually you will find an open ear to have discussions. HR meetings are being treated seriously and check all the boxes.

It is very modern. You can work in the office, in the home office, ADAM has a co-working subscription that can be used in the cities. The needed equipment is handed over and I have no complaints.

Communication is friendly and open minded. Anything can be addressed and in general one is well informed about all topics. everyone works closely together and there are little to no boundaries in communication.

Interessante Aufgaben
It's the Music Industry. This is interesting stand-alone already. It is a casual industry, yet professional. A great mixture! Besides the assigned task, projects groups are created that can look at basically anything. So it is definitely interesting!
