I see on internal communication site (Mate) that our CEOs used to post blogs to inform the employees about future developments and changes. Please reinstall this tradition once again.

home office and no obligation to come to the office. Office is in the middle of Berlin and easy to get to.
Kommunikation
Although being direct and transparent is one of the company visions (if I remember correctly), this is unfortunately not the case. New CEOs is not very good at communicating to his employees.
