Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great atmosphere, that's for sure. Another thing I am missing now at my current position is that independence I used to have while working for Adnymics. I didn't feel like my job was meaningless. I was able to come with new ideas and implement them without going through 100 formal processes.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It was quite warm in the office during summer.
But seriously, nothing comes to my mind now.

The time I was working there everything worked pretty fine. My only suggestions would be to work on cross team collaboration and to pay more attention on communication.
