I am unsure whether the company has an HR department that is taking care of hiring new people, but I received an invitation for an interview and had a nice conversation with the people in charge, but afterwards they never got back to me with any sort of feedback. Apparently, I am not suitable for the role, but to just not get back with any kind of response about the process is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I even sent an e-mail later to enquire whether the process goes forward and received no response from this company. That must tell a bit about the culture and how they deal with employees they do not want to have anymore ...
