I enjoy working at office with focused mind. Starts my daily meeting with a mug of coffee and continue without any disturbance. For me its balanced!
Work-Life-Balance
I have plenty of flexibility to manage my tasks in a way that suits me, as long as everything is delivered on time. There aren’t any strict rules. I sometimes work late when needed, and I can leave early if I’ve already put in extra hours. There's trust in how we work, and if something isn’t finished on time, there's no pressure or unnecessary questioning. My team leads are supportive and easy to work with. Of course, we still make sure everything is planned and ready before sprint reviews.
