Flexible working hours, working remotely
Authoritarian management style, low salaries, no benefits, staff is not valued.
The general mood of staff has deteriorated, due to lack of good leadership and taking away more and more benefits and keeping salaries low. It used to be a nice company to work for, not any more.
The company's image has worsened significantly in the last 2 years mainly due to new leadership style.
not many opportunities for training and no transparent career paths, favoritism for certain colleagues not always based on merit
Very low salaries, hardly any benefits except Deutschland ticket.
Colleagues are very diverse and nice and helpful, however, the athmosphere within the team has gotten so bad that no after work events take place any more.
The management acts as if everybody is replacable, also staff that have been working there for 10+ years, they do not value their expertise.
The current top managers now rule with a style from the 70s: inciting fear and "do as I tell you" kind of management style, nobody dares to say their opinion any more out of fear to be kicked out (as there was a wave of firing employees and managers). Trust in management is completely gone.
Top-down communication is very poor, the motto is: the less staff knows, the better!
Heavy on bureaucracy
Nix
Managing Directors
This is a company where you enter and it's not worth a second of your time. You'll be underpaid. Contract for one year then another year. People who worked for many years are being fired without any explanation, including leaders. Teams are not informed about anything. The two managing directors only make decisions related to numbers. The company is in very bad financial shape and is hiring interns to replace full-time employees who left. The remaining leaders are filled with arrogance and sexism, showing preference to men. The company pays very poorly, no bonuses, no extra benefits. There's no culture of feedback, and if you complain to your manager about your dissatisfaction, she will say: "I understand your frustration," completely clueless, no half year or year talk, salary increase are a non. Entire teams have been dismantled and replaced by interns.
Poor management in all leves! Sexism all over the place.
You can sleep during your tasks! They dont care! You will be underpaid anyway.
U stay stucked while ur manager are hiring externals shortly out of the unies so they can pay less.
The company pays very poorly, no bonuses, no extra benefits, but they are proud to offer Deutschlands ticket
Company does whatever retailers ask for! U can imagine then...
Parties are good. But under budget and most company events we need to pay ourselves.
Everybody fired
A tragedy!
No proper desks, no proper docking stations, no ac, but they have water and coffee, which is cool.
There's no culture of feedback, and if you complain to your manager about your dissatisfaction, she will say: "I understand your frustration," completely clueless, no half year or year talk, no feedback culture, feedback is taking on spot by absolute clueless people. People are promoted to leaders because they are the cheapest solution.
flexible working hours, fairly interesting job
not possible to work from other country than Germany
communicate better with your staff, be more transparent, work better with the works council, mgmt needs to be willing to change
flexible working hours, home office possibility
you can only advance if you become team leader, not many career opportunities
very bad / low salaries, no xmas bonus, no holiday bonus, yearly bonus only by grace of management, not even inflation compensation
very nice colleagues from every part of the world, wonderful diversity!
management has a lot to learn still, especially how to lead people
you can bring you dog to work
has to be improved, especially internal communication!
still unequal salaries between men and women
