Im Außendienst parenteral zunehmend mehr Überstunden und Dienste am Rande der Legalität, Ruhezeiten werden nicht eingehalten

Reflektieren...passen Aussagen anderer Mitarbeiter wirklich zum eigenen Bild des Mitarbeiters? Gab es je negative Informationen der Kunden?
Working atmosphere
Zunächst sehr gut, aber aus Neid wurde bald Stress. Verlustängste trugen zum Klima bei. Lügen erledigten den Rest.

Es ist schwer das zu beurteilen. Es war (nahe) perfekt, wurde hart beeinflusst.

Viel Arbeit, aber ich hab es so gewollt.

Es sah sehr gut aus, allerdings (später) begleitet durch tgl. Seitenhiebe. Zunächst nicht nachvollziehbar, dann aber deutlich erkennbar: Berechnend.

Für den Einsatz zu gering, aber generell nicht schlecht.

Niemand traute sich wirklich die Wahrheit zu sagen...aber JEDE wußte bescheid....
Aber es gab auch wirklich tolle Mitarbeiter.

Grundlegend phantastisch, bis zum Tag X .. Der war dann unfassbar schwer zu bewältigen und hat bis heute alles verändert....

Menschen können schon sehr grausam sein...

Die Arbeit hat mich mit Freude erfüllt, Überstunden waren mir komplett egal. Alles war Super.(Arbeitsaufgaben , Umfeld, Kontakte zu Kunden). Unerklärlichen Stress nur mit einer "Kollegin."
