What I like about the employer
I had the privilege of working with this outstanding company for almost five years in Berlin. Beyond being just a workplace, it offered a truly supportive and collaborative environment where I was able to grow both personally and professionally, and truly enjoy my experience.

Es wird sich darum gekümmert, dass es den Kollegen gut geht. Dadurch merkt man eine gewisse Lockerheit im Team

Es wird darauf geachtet, dass Arbeitszeiten eingehalten werden und man versucht auch eine Komfortzone zu erstellen. Sowohl auf der Arbeit als auch nach der Arbeit sorgt man sich darum, dass es einem gut geht und man ist recht flexibel, im Rahmen des Aufgabengebiets.
Collegiality
Es wird auf eine gute Teamchemie geachtet. Man fühlt sich wohl und aufgenommen. Es ist zudem ein internationales Team gewesen.

Top. Absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wie angesprochen, fair und ehrlich. Immer freundlich und man versucht dir zu helfen. Besser habe ich es sonst nirgendwo erlebt.

Es wird offen, fair und transparent kommuniziert. Die Kommunikation läuft auf einer persönlichen Ebene ab. Man wird fair abgeholt und Ungereimtheiten können jederzeit angesprochen werden. Dies geschieht in beiden Richtungen problemlos. Ansprechpartner sind nahezu jederzeit erreichbar und versuchen alles, um angesprochenes möglich zu machen.

What I like about the employer
Vom ersten Kontakt an bis zum letzten Arbeitstag, hatte ich das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Durch den offenen, freundlichen, konstruktiven Austausch und Umgang zwischen meinem zuständigen/verantwortlichen Ansprechpartner und mir, gab es nicht ansatzweise Themen, die nicht zufriedenstellend für beide Seiten behandelt wurden. Ich würde mich immer wieder an Akut wenden, sollte ich mich beruflich verändern wollen.
