I think there is quite a hype around it and it's probably hard to meet all the expectations, yet I am proud to work here.
Work-Life-Balance
Some weeks are crazier than others but people have the freedom to work flexible and do so which I think is very cool to see.
Picking up kids, doing sports inbetween, private appointments..you can and should do all of it as long as you still deliver results.
