A decade of growth, learning, and great people
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I had the privilege of working at Allianz Technology from 2013 to 2024, and looking back, it was an incredibly rewarding journey both professionally and personally.
✨ What I appreciated most:
People & Culture: Collaborative, diverse, and supportive colleagues who always made teamwork enjoyable.
Development Opportunities: Excellent access to learning programs, certifications, and chances to grow into new roles.
Work Environment: Flexible working models, strong focus on work–life balance, and a modern, international environment.
Leadership & Vision: Clear strategy and alignment with the broader Allianz Group, creating meaningful impact through technology.
Innovation Mindset: Continuous improvement and openness to new ideas were always encouraged.
Of course, as in any large organization, processes can be complex at times—but I always felt that feedback was welcomed and taken seriously.
Overall, Allianz Technology gave me over a decade of growth, stability, and opportunities that I’ll always value. I’m grateful for the journey and proud to have been part of such a strong global team.
