Bad payment, no possibilities to develop and bad management and bad communication.

To have higher salaries which would be according to the current job market.
Have better communication and actually listen to the proposals of the employees.
Hire enough people and not just run with the minimum amount of people (almost in each department).
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everything has gone worse.
Even more people have left the company as nothing really changes, people have had enough and are fed up. The atmosphere with direct colleagues is anyhow great that is the only good.

Most of the people are starting to see the real "worth" of this company. Not worth even for short time.

You get the minimum holiday days per year and sometimes it's difficult to get days free.

The salary is low comparing to any other IT company. You have to beg if you want to have a salary increase (if you get one).

The trash separation is good. No social understanding or support when harder times. No any kind of understanding during corona times.

The direct colleagues are the best in this company. (This differs by teams)

Is okay. Most of the people are quite young.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
You can see from the higher management that they really don't care and are only after good sales numbers and low personal costs. The cheap way is not the good way.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Old IT-equipment in use. You have to ask and run after to get better equipment.
Kommunikation
Communication with managers is not good and only in one direction. You don't feel like you are really heard.
Gleichberechtigung
The men/women ratio is good. The management thinks they are on a different planet.

The day to day work is the same, nothing differs.
