Sehr schlechte Work-Life -Balance. Ständiges Einspringen,ständig ändern sich Dienste. Sicherlich auch dem Pflegenotstand geschuldet. Aber keine Anerkennung für das Einspringen.

Endlich einen Springerpool installieren

Soweit sehr gut,allerdings fehlen teilweise Strukturen und strukturelles Vorgehen bei notwendigen Veränderungen. Prozesse dauern einfach zu lange.

Sehr schlecht. Oft bleibt das Einspringen an 1-2 Kollegen hängen. Da besteht dringend Nachbesserungsbedarf.

Gute Fort-und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten,allerdings schlagen sich diese nicht im Gehalt nieder.

Pünktliche Gehaltsauszahlung,keine Sozialleistungen,Gehalt ist okay,Allerdings gibt es kaum mehr Gehalt wenn man Führungsaufgaben hat.

Soweit ganz gut,Quertreiber gibt es überall.
