What I like about the employer
Mir gefällt der offene und ehrliche Umgang miteinander.
Flache Hierachien ermöglichen eine unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
Auf Wünsche wird individuell eingegangen und über wichtige Informationen/Neuheiten oder Verbesserungen zeitnah informiert.
Der kollegiale Umgang, sowie der Umgang mit Kunden ist tadellos. Selbst bei kleinen Fehlern wird sofort konstruktiv nach einer guten Lösung gesucht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Apotheke als Arbeitgeber nur empfehlen!
