What I like about the employer
Mir ist leider in den 10 Wochen nur positiv aufgefallen, dass die Heimleitung zu den Geburtstagen der Bewohner persönlich gratuliert.
What I dislike about the employer
Häufiger Wechsel, Desinteresse am Bewohner, schlechte Manieren, man könnte meinen, der Heimleiter wäre Oberfeldwebel.
Suggestions for improvement
Nicht so oft mit Praktikanten arbeiten, wenn die Absicht auf Einstellung nicht besteht. Die Bewohner verwirrt dies ständig. Parkinsonerkrankte mehr einbeziehen. Mehr Interesse am Bewohner. Weniger Mauscheleien. Positive Ideen zulassen, auch wenn sie nicht vom Altpersonal kommt. Pflegestandart erhöhen. (Abwaschen und Duschen im Bett sollte besser umgesetzt werden)
Collegiality
Nur auf Wohnbereich 2 gab es super Betreuung. Wohnbereich 1 war reinste Katastrophe. Ähnlich Bahnhofshalle. Bewohner werden vernachlässigt.
Leadership behavior
Er war niemals, kein offenes Ohr für Angestellte. Desinteresse an der Arbeit. Seine Musik war wohl ständig wichtiger.
Interesting tasks
Könnte sehr interessant sein, wenn man gedurft hätte. Allerdings wurden Betreuungsideen unterbunden.
