Working atmosphere
Myos is a great place to work. People are kind and welcoming. Even though it is mostly remote, they found ways to utilize various virtual spaces to create community and induce productivity.
Work-Life Balance
Tasks are given and they are expected to be completed but everyone understands that life happens.

It is a very diverse group of people and the job atmosphere allows for free flow of ideas and thoughts

Eine Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe, die Spaß gemacht hat und jederzeit zu sehr guten Ergebnissen geführt hat.

Working atmosphere
Die Zusammenarbeit in den letzten Monaten mit MYOS hat zu jedem Zeitpunkt Spaß gemacht und es hat sich eine freundschaftliche, fast schon familiäre Arbeitsatmosphäre gebildet.
Communication
Kommunikationswege sind kurz und unkompliziert per Slack gewesen und spontane Abstimmungen waren sehr oft kein Problem
Interesting tasks
In den letzten Monaten habe ich daran gearbeitet, ein neues Designsystem aufzubauen und die Web App und das Backend optisch und aus UX Perspektive zu überarbeiten. Die Aufgaben wurden nie langweilig und haben mir einen weitreichenden Einblick in das Produkt ermöglicht.

What I like about the employer
Ein sehr junges und dynamisches Team mit Mitarbeitern aus vielen verschiedenen Länder. Es macht Spaß in dem Team zu arbeiten und man ist mit seinen Kollegen und Vorgesetzten auf Augenhöhe.

Vielseitiges Praktikum - Wer die Schnittstelle zw. Finanzdienstleistungen und E-Commerce spannend findet, muss zu Myos!

Myos tut viel, um allen Kolleg*innen eine super Arbeitsatmosphäre zu bieten. Es gibt mehrmals digitale Events zum Austausch zwischen den Teams.

Myos ist noch relativ jung und arbeitet in einer Nische des Marktes, hat sich dort aber schon einen sehr guten Ruf erarbeitet und hat großes Potenzial zu wachsen und noch bekannter zu werden

Als Praktikant*in übernimmt man schnell Verantwortung, was super ist! Dennoch wird darauf geachtet, dass es nicht zu viel wird und sich keine Überstunden anhäufen.

Das C-Level ist sehr offen und tut viel in der Kommunikation mit allen Kolleg*innen (inkl. Praktikant*innen!), es wird viel erklärt bei Bedarf und die Kommunikation ist sehr transparent!

Die komplette Infrastuktur war top und die Art und Weise wie mit der Corona-Situation umgegangen wurde war super.

In der Corona-Zeit natürlich generell nicht immer einfach. Gerade wenn Praktikant*innen die Teams wechseln, muss darauf geachtet werden, dass es stets eine*n Ansprechpartner*in gibt.
