Maybe start paying people and actually change something instead of trying to scam through your reviews. Reviews show what is wrong with a company. Listen to it. Don't cheat!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Only Managment/Supervisor is fulltime, every one else is a student. You can make some friends along the way there, but managment are people with no clue about anything. People that don't qualify for a reasonable and respectful position at a good company, so they have to work for a&o. They expect you to work full time with over hours and pay you minimum wage.
