Seid der ungerechten Einteilung in Entgeldgruppen und TÜB sowie der nicht Zeitgerechten Lohnerhöhung über zwei Jahre hat die Motivation der MA stark nachgelassen. Vorgesetzte werden mit Zahlen gegeißelt und geben den Druck an ihre Mitarbeiter weiter.

Vorgesetzte werden nur nach Erfolgszahlen gemessen. Den ständigen Zahlendruck geben sie an ihre Mitarbeiter weiter. Der MA wird klein gehalten, die Leistung geschmälert, mehr Aufgaben zugeteilt für gleiches Geld. Kein Tadel ist ein Lob.
