Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Please don’t join the company if you are looking for job security.There is no enough projects or growth in the company at all. Please refrain from even applying to Aptly.They make the interview process so good that even if you have multiple offers you kind of get tempted to choose Aptly.when I was checking there were no much reviews to help me hopefully mine helps others falling into trap.

There is no defined process within the company I think that is the problem with startup’s. Everyone have different processes in mind and expect you to work accordingly.

We are sorry to hear that the experience at APTLY for you was so bad. But I think we need to distinguish between job security and usual practices in the probation period. As a company, we sometimes have to let people go in the probation period, when the expectations are not met. This is different from job security in general in our opinion. In that sense, no company offers job security. Again, I am really sorry, this was such a bad experience for you and wish you all the best for the future.

About the defined process within the company: I think that is pretty true. We have (even though we are not) a start-up way of working sometimes and especially compared to bigger companies we often dont have fixed rules and processes that all our teams have to adhere to. This means there is more flexibility in doing things your way, but also this can make people feel lost without a clear guidance of "this is how things are always done here".
We are far from being perfect at APTLY, I guess we hope to find people for whom the combination of our negative and positive points is the best/most fitting kind of mix.
