In der Abteilung war alles gut. Insgesamt war die Stimmung nicht so gut, da viele Angst vor Konsequenzen bei Fehlern hatten und somit immer versucht haben die Schuld auf andere abzuwälzen.

Die Arbeitszeiten waren in Ordnung. Auf persönliche Belange wurde geachtet.

Die Bezahlung war in Ordnung.

Ökologisch ist da noch Luft nach oben. Hoher Papierverbrauch durch veraltete Prozesse.

In der eigenen Abteilung war der Zusammenhalt gut. Die Arbeit mit anderen Abteilungen war schwieriger.

Eskalation im Problemfall bei Abteilungsleitern oder der Geschäftsführung bewirken leider nichts. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden ignoriert.

Es hat sehr schnell reagiert, alle ins Homeoffice geschickt und Veranstaltungen abgesagt. Für eine gute technische Ausstattung wurde umgehend gesorgt.

Es wird zu schnell auf Präsentpflicht im Büro gedrungen
