The office is nice and modern but that's it mostly.

Chaotic and intransparent. There's a lot of rumors and gossip. Certain colleagues do have their personal agenda (to the disadvantage of others).
And with regard to the comment: I've been working at Architrave when the highly appraised reforms should have produced any effect. They did not.

This is higher than avarage in certain groups but in general it's far too often covering and getting covered.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
C-Level is by no means able to provide a clear vision nor acting according to it. Most supervisors are highly emotional and so are their decisions.
Gleichberechtigung
Architrave claims to be diverse and inclusive. At first glance this may be true to a certain extent. If you look closer you will find a lot of informal hierarchies and command structures which are to the disadvantage of those groups this company claims to be supportive. This is especially important regarding colleagues from abroad who are not familiar with german laws and their rights. In short: It's mostly fake and a pure attitude.
