The people and the atmosphere. It was a friendly, international team where everyone worked closely together and was always willing to help. I also appreciated the trust and flexibility, as well as the chance to work with cutting-edge real-time technology, collaborate on exciting projects, and be part of the Unreal Engine ecosystem. That combination made it a genuinely enjoyable place to work.

Supportive and approachable. My direct manager and the co-founder were always understanding and genuinely supportive. When I had to travel abroad for personal reasons, they were very flexible and made remote work possible.

The office was a great place to work. It was modern, comfortable, well-equipped. And the squirrels outside the windows were an amazing bonus.

Sehr hohe Fluktuation: Innerhalb von zwei Jahren wurden in meiner Abteilung drei Führungskräfte und vier weitere Mitarbeiter entlassen – und das bei einer Firmengröße von nur 20 Mitarbeitern.

Work-Life-Balance

Unflexible Arbeitsregelung: Vier Tage im Büro und höchstens ein Tag Homeoffice – wenn überhaupt. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, wo die Mitarbeiter wohnen oder wie lange ihr Arbeitsweg ist. Und das in einem IT-Unternehmen. Völlig unverständlich.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Die Mitarbeiter schreien sich gegenseitig an, und es herrscht ein rauer Umgangston. Alle zwei Monate werden neue Zielsetzungen festgelegt, wodurch die gesamte Belegschaft überfordert ist und niemand mehr weiß, wo vorne und hinten ist.

Ständiger Druck: Es herrscht ein enormer Druck, und es werden viele Versprechungen gemacht, die jedoch nicht eingehalten werden.

Kommunikation

Kommunikation völlig unzureichend. Keiner versteht seine tatsächlichen Aufgaben. Es herrscht völliges Chaos.
