Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Possibility to learn a lot about Private Equity Business with a bit of curiosity. Over the top welcoming and supportive colleagues. Being part of a young company that is growing up, gives you quite a lot of things to learn along the way. Being callanged and confronted with new topics frequently!

Arbeitsatmosphäre

AssetMetrix is well located, with several lunch spot´s arround. The offices are quite luminous and, to big not to small and always busy! Coffee, Fruits and Nut´s are always for free. People are very friendly and supportive. Everybody is "per du" / called by the first name. Open door policy. Diverse and international!

Work-Life-Balance

A few late hours here and there but overall nothing to complain!

Improving! The company is growing strongly, hence the career opportunities will probably also expand

I think it totally depends on yourself as well, but you have a bunch of very very supportive colleagues at AM!

Sure, people are busy and don´t reply immediately sometimes, but you can get a hold of everyone you need to get an answer. English is a must, as many clients and colleagues only talk english.

Interessante Aufgaben

If you show effort and interest you are able to expand you responsibilites. Depends on yourself I would say. You need to be self driven and showing effort.

Just location, not office. There is free coffee and tastes good!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Everything. The worst experience of my life. The company is suitable for intern, entry level employees or those who are struggling to find a job or need job for visa purposes. At least, they are doing something positiv.
This company is definitely not a fit for well educated and experienced individuals who are looking for a long term solution.Short term only! There are no criteria under which they are choosing new staff. No need to be knowledgeable, they will hire you! And if you have no knowledge in Private equity, than you will have to deal with someone who doesn't know what is he/she doing. If no company wants you, go to Assetmetrix, they will hire you! The Technology they are using is overrated. No standards. Here will only be adjusted! Volume is still very low and the processes are very time consuming and useless. In a nutshell, a disaster! There is no micromanagement, since no one really knows what they are doing, except few people who are leading this company. There are some pretenders, who think they can do something, but the sad truth is, after so many years and if you are worth something, you are just not there where you are now! The entire company is a big show!

Very young team!

Arbeitsbedingungen

Hortible working conditions. 6-7 people sitying very tight in one office of size approximately 22-25 square meters. Loud, bad air, no space, no discipline! Bad vocabulary and inappropriate behaviour!

Kommunikation

If irrelevant, like gossip, spreads within minutes. Work wise, they are at the beginning.
