I know that the boss will read my comments and take them on. I trust in him. Like I said before, it is his ship and he can do with it what he chooses.

It is possible to come to the office, be left alone, listen to your music, do your work and not be bothered by others.
Kommunikation
All projects carry out regular meetings to discuss the progress. Your ideas will be listened to if specific members of the company agree with them. Otherwise better-saying nothing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone can work well together so as to complete the task. Sadly, it is very difficult, to be honest & direct with a majority of the employees without hurting their feelings or them being offended. The others are all happy to discuss their issues over coffee or lunch.

The boss makes sure that you have a secure job, a nice working environment, coffee machines, films to watch, games to play and the best equipment at times. It is his ship, what he wants to do with it is his choice. The company is growing all the time, he must be doing something correct! Thumbs up here.

The workload is distributed fairly. No employee is forced to work more than another.

There is total equality here based upon gender and race. It just all depends if you belong to the 'liked' group of people. If not, better keep your mouth closed and say nothing ;(.

I enjoy all of the things in life that I want to do. I can afford nice holidays every year. Afford to watch BVB play most weekends. Of course, you could earn more in other companies, but the grass is not always greener on the other side.

You can read my comments, some are good and some bad. No company is perfect. What I do know is that the boss is always trying to make it better. There are many employees here that are fresh out of university and this is their first full-time job so they have nothing to compare it with.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
New projects arrive in the company that requires employees to learn new skills. They are always provided adequate time to learn them. I have learned so much since I have worked for Atino, therefore a mega thumbs up here.
