Keine Feedback Gespräche, Kritik an Mitarbeitern wird nur unter Vorgesetzten besprochen. Es gibt eine zwei Klassen Gesellschaft, der eine darf mehr, als der andere.
Working conditions
Keine Klima, Getränke müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Ventilator wird von den meisten Mitarbeitern selbst gekauft, weil keine gestellt werden.
