Das Autohaus verfügt über keine Klimaanlage im Sommer hat es im Autohaus teilweise 36 C da sich die Räume aufgrund der Verglasung aufheizen. Ventilatoren oder eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Im Winter funktionieren die Heizungen nicht richtig so das es lediglich 16C im Gebäude hat.

Laissez-faire-Führungsstil. Im Autohaus ist es im Sommer in den Büros teilweise bis zu 36 C warm dafür im Winter 16C kalt. Geschäftsführer halten sich nicht an getroffene Vereinbarungen.

Im Sommer extrem warm bei über 35C und im im Winter nur 17 C im Büro
