I enjoy going to work every day and making progress on my projects. I have a lot of freedom to manage my time and how I do my work, but I also have to defend this to some extent. Very good salary, room for improvement is limited, but still there. It's always interesting to see how things develop each year. But it also depends on how quickly you develop as an employee.

Lots of opportunities to learn new things. A great starting point for building your tech stack and thinking outside the box. No run-of-the-mill tasks—more brainpower required. With experience, the variety of tasks also decreases, and an even more heterogeneous field of knowledge makes the distribution of tasks somewhat difficult.
