They should terminate their company, and frankly exchange management completely.

The other employees and interns weren't content with the state of the firm. No pay as well as unpredictable behaviour from management resulted in discontent.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I was later informed of the non-commital nature of promises made by management. That interns weren't as surely going to be taken in as full-time employees post-internship as was said to us. However, due to me terminating my contract within my first week due to the verbal abuse by management, I was not able to verify this.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
When questioned about the disorganized manner of the studio, management insulted me via text. Examples can be seen below.
Arbeitsbedingungen
No pay, disorganized and, upon questioning this disorganization, I was insulted. Management told me to, quote: '' f*ck off.'', called me a ''b*tch", and used the r-slur in communication with me as I mentioned reporting to local authorities.
Kommunikation
I was scheduled to start on a specific date, which was then moved to a day later. Yet when arriving at the scheduled time I was met with an empty office aside from one intern, who was confused by who I was. When I mentioned this to management, I was insulted, also in a sexist manner.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
We weren't paid. I was later informed by my lawyer, this was not legal under german law for interns not in university or other schooling.
